Perimity.io provides a "Digital Risk Pulse" report. This report is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional insurance advice. Perimity is not an insurance carrier, broker, or law firm.

2. "Beta" Status

The service is currently in a Beta testing phase. While we strive for 100% accuracy, the analysis is based on provided documentation and AI-assisted mapping. We do not guarantee that the findings will result in an insurance claim payout or total regulatory compliance.

3. User Responsibilities
 

• Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you upload.

• No PHI: You agree not to upload any Protected Health Information (PHI), patient records, or sensitive personal identifiers (e.g., Social Security numbers).

4. Data Usage & Privacy
 

• Security: We use industry-standard encryption to protect your documents during transit.

• Retention: We follow a data minimization policy. Raw documents are purged from our staging environment after the final report is delivered and reviewed (typically within 48–72 hours).

• Usage: We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

Perimity.io and its owners shall not be liable for any gaps in coverage, denied insurance claims, or regulatory fines incurred by your business. The final decision on insurance and security posture rests solely with the User.
